You have a point with regards to civil liberties/war issues: Obama clearly holds a different opinion on what he thinks is the right policy than you do. (Though I don't think he was at all misleading in his campaign; he is more or less governing as his record and statements indicated on this front.)

Where you don't have a point is on domestic issues. You could want a very reasonable-sounding policy, but if it has no chance of passing Congress, blaming Obama for it is wrong whether or not it can be considered "a pony."
