1. it kind of funny how people on the right identify with wealth
I was always amazed with the masses of people ready to jump on the bandwagon for repeal of the estate tax. Most, if not nearly all, of those that would actually be impacted by this tax make sure they avoid it. But there remain tens of thousands who scream "unfair!!!" when there is no way on earth that their estates will ever reach that limit. But . . . the repubs convinced them that, in this land of dreams-come-true, when they hit the lotto, the Dems will be there to get their share when they pass.

This same group does not appear to understand the the R's are the party of and for the wealthy. The GOP's sole aim in life is to help preserve, and grow that wealth. The votes come from those that will never come close to being wealthy, but have some baseless sense of identity with that group.

They are just amazing.
