un-American. As long there is a profit is to be made, no amount of human suffering is too great. Apparently that's in the Constitution because our so called "representatives" sure act like it is.

I have to disagree with the OP where he said that "My own issues are but are a small thing really." BULLSHIT. No developed society should subject people to that type of treatment. Plain and simple. Health care should be a right and not a privilege. It should be freely available to every citizen of the country and could probably be fully paid for by closing loopholes that allow rich people to dodge paying their fair share. If not, didn't Obama say HCR would be paid for by repealing the Bush tax cuts? So where is that part in the current HCR bill?

No, TSS, paying for or receiving health care is not something you or you X should have to worry about. At least, not in a civilized society anyway. Apparently the US has yet to rise to that level. So sorry for your troubles. Too bad we don't have elected representatives that are willing to do their jobs instead of sell us out at the turn of a hat.
