45. Man, that's bad.

However, things simply get worse if you don't vote. That's a half-vote to Republicans, whose influence got us into this huge mess to begin with.

For now, were stuck with a two-party system, and the problem is constitutional and not cultural. There has never been a third party, in the whole history of this country, that has gone anywhere. Even one headed by the best candidate possible, Teddy Roosevelt.

So, voting right now is more or less just holding the line. This political system can't do anything without sweeping changes, and those won't happen until things get so bad people don't stop voting, but they actually sweep it away.

For now, the best thing is to vote.
