18. I was friends with (Mary) Jennifer Selznick in High School.
We went to a small (then 130 students) boarding school together in the SF area 68-70. I was a year older. Her name was Mary but she went by Jennifer. Her Mom and Norton Simon visited the school on several occasions to great fanfare. Jennifer was a shy, sensitive, and often sad girl. Several years later I learned of her death from another former classmate. We use to hike on Mt. Diablo and Jennifer was the only person to ever read tarot cards for me on one of those hikes.
