123. We are all going through the stages of grief...
But slowly I'm feeling a resolve I've never quite felt before. Obama on the national stage will not be well served by the political
skill that served him so effectively in Illinois and Chicago. It was intended for him to win but the cracks are showing and he has
now burned his bridge back to his base. Even Bush knew better than to screw the folks that got him elected.

Yep, the beautiful wife, sweet kids, pretty words, big smile with the perfect white teeth will only serve him for so long. He's an empty
suit. There will never be a candidate that will mean to me what Obama did. We deserved the president to be the man we thought he was,
but we will NEVER be so easily fooled again. All those little voices in the back of my head suggesting he didn't REALLY have the experience,
or the record he should were ignored and that was my failing. After eight years of Bush/Cheney we were all vulnerable and looking
for a miracle. We will be wiser in the future.
