9. I Dunno About That...
St. Louis County and the adjoining Illinois Counties are very Democratic. And I'll bet if you took a poll not only of NFL teams but NBA and MLB players, the Democrats would get more of the donations. But that's not who sits in the owners suites.

I have a feeling Dan Rooney wouldn't be too happy to welcome Rushbo into the lodge, but how about an Art Model? Or even the McCaskeys...staunch rushpublicans. Thing could get interesting if another party came along that would make a similar bid but want to move the team...would the folks in St. Louis rally around a Rushbo to avoid losing another team?
