Clicking on "View Details" shows a wage of $10+ per hour and a requirement of a 4 year college degree.

Since they emailed it to me, and they have my resume, which shows a US address, and they state that they are not exepecting "US persons" it appears that they are advertising specifically for H1-B workers. Is this legal?

I am, by the way, a US citizen (born and raised) so they wouldn't want me anyway. Not that I'd accept that job at that wage.

Whoever the employer is, they are in a small town (pop. around 3600 in 2000) so it probably wouldn't be difficult for me to find who they are.
