No they should have systems that ensure that managers don't go beyond standard policies and quality control to ensure that the standards are maintained.


You are holding ACORN to a higher standard than any other contractor has ever been held to.


And these are from provacateurs who are trying to get ACORN.


Investigations of ACORN's voter registration show that their quality control was excellent.


As in every organization, even the FBI, some bad apples will get through. You correct it you don't destroy the organization.
