through for profit insurance companies like Blue Cross/Blue Shield and maybe others. If I remember correctly from a few years ago someone told me they had like 200 different options and could change every year. Anyway it's considered excellent healthcare insurance and the plan could be implemented very quickly. This would also prepare the population for single payer, not for profit, government controlled healthcare.
