16. Gladney is a Cop according to the story. It would be better to have Internal affairs call BS.
If he is engaging in a public fraud. That will directly impact his credibility as a Professional Witness. Not to mention that fraud is a crime. Who paid for the trip to the hospital? His police benefits or Freeper cash? The last heard they were saying he didn't have insurance and were trying to raise money for his hospital bills. If he's a cop he has insurance. More Fraud? If he is a cop and lying. The best way to get to the truth is with a complaint to IAD.
