Kucinich: Time to Impeach Bush?

ABC News' Jennifer Duck Reports: Rep. Dennis Kucinich has been pressing voters on the campaign trail with a big question: "Impeachment...I'm asking you. Do you think it's time?"

Kucinich said he has heard from "tens of thousands and maybe over 100,000 people" who think the impeachment processes should proceed.

"I've listened carefully to what people have to say and I think within the next month I will be able to give my answer to the people in what I think is the appropriate way to proceed," Kucinich told ABC News after a speech in New Hampshire.

...

But Kucinich said he is taking caution that this does not become a partisan issue: "This can not be a partisan matter. This cannot be done out of anger. If one is to proceed he should proceed out of love of country--not anger."
