And yes, I agree. If this test wasn't iron-clad to begin with, DeStephano shouldn't have allowed it to be used. Trying to put that genie back in the can after you get the results and are afraid of the problems resulting from them is WAY too late.

But that's what I mean about a mess. The two sides both have good arguments - or equally shaky arguments, lol. There will be no answer that will satisfy. There is no possible answer to satisfy here.

A mess. A real mess.
