Either way it is brilliant in many ways but lets focus on the tactical aspect of this pick.

What are the 2 key constituents the Republicans need to gain support in?. Just to stand a chance of gaining political ground?. Women & Hispanics.

Now watch the RW machine gnash & gnaw on Sotomayor. The public is more aware than ever before of the angry petulant side of Republicans. They will see a degradation & defamation unlike they have witnessed . And this time its not a person they can victimize. Her strength & character will shine through nicely I'm sure.

And the Republicans will have soiled themselves-again.

And to the key demographic the need so dearly.

Friggin genius if I do say so myself. Re-directing your opponents energy to your advantage is Ju-Jitsu tactic if I remember correct. No matter if I got that right-it's still plain to see they have no chance when President Obama gets his game on.
