But that was based on hope. I have reflected on what he said during the primary campaign. He is what he advertised himself to be, a left-leaning centrist.

Personally I wish they would do nothing at all with health care unless we get single payer, and I'm talking Medicare for all without insurance company involvement. The changes they are talking about are ones that benefit the primary villains, the insurance companies. That is the last thing I want to see happen. What folly to make them even more powerful!

But knowing myself, I might simmer down a little to see if there is any good that can come of this for the American people. I am trying not to be bitter, perhaps unsuccessfully, so maybe it won't seems so bad after I've had time to cool off a little. Maybe not.

You remind me of myself, so maybe you are struggling with similar feelings. Sorry you are struggling with unemployment right now.
