2. "Intervention" by NGO is an old game. But, this one in Bolivia
is not really an NGO but a front group. The founder was a CIA operative in El Salvador and in Nicaragua. No one has ever heard of them but they have fancy digs on 5th Avenue. They are only active in Venezuela, Ecuador and in Bolivia. Oh, and in Bolivia, they have nothing in La Paz but only in Santa Cruz where the white supremacist secessionists are. :shrug:
