35. AIG ,CIA, and BCCI
levey has done some extraordinary pieces here at DU on the intersections of these firms-going back to the last economic meltdown when GHW Bush was president.

S&L scandals,Silverado,BCCI, Saudi Safari Club,Keating Five-all in the 80's.

This is the second looting of the American treasury while a Bush was President... many of same banks and same cast of characters.

BTW, the NYT article today by Andrew Sorkin defending the necessity of paying AIG bailouts -does anybody know if he's by chance related to Ira Sorkin,Madoff's attorney and BFF?
