I often think many roads, and strings, lead to and from the Council for National Policy, the secretive organization which is allowed IRS tax benefits for both operations and contributions

re Scaife, he is a Trustee at the Heritage Foundation http://www.heritage.org/About/Departments/trustees.cfm , a questionable 'charitable/educational' tax-exempt organization, which awarded Rush Limbaugh its highest honor, the Clare Boothe Luce Award. His name is listed in the Helms article.
