11. Pretty much every day.
I know how you feel. I have a hard time getting away from the news because I don't like to be uninformed, but at the same time all the shit, the economy, Gaza, war criminals getting away with it, gets to be too much.

I don't think there's anything wrong with saying you're going to limit your time on DU, or watching the news, or what have you. I think that's very healthy. Take a break before you snap. :hug:
