40. The arms of the T are on flexible springy things that collapses against the body
of the T, so it's like a tube, not an actual T. It's not a lot of fun if you're already in pain (I had one removed because of unremitting discomfort; my bad luck, I have fibroids), but it's not the torture you're imagining.
