I'm a little confused... so you're saying that there are public files that are incongruous with what is broadcast?? Or are you saying that these public files are a way of validating something you see on air and deem worthy of a complaint (for inaccuracy, false representation or misleading information, etc.)?

Sorry to sound like such a dunce but I'm not connecting the dots, here...I think this is a valuable tool, but I'm not sure in what capacity it can be utilized... : (

Maybe I'm just over tired... I'm going to bring up the site again after a good night's sleep (if I can get one - insomnia yet again rears it's ugly head - which is probably why I'm a little befuddled).
