He said Warren removed the anti-gay stuff from his website. He did, but that's only because they're rewriting it and it'll be back in a superficially more palatable form. This isn't a guess, someone from the church confirmed that the anti-gay stuff will be back. It was an obscure bit of information that emerged yesterday so I guess I don't mind that much that Malloy didn't catch it. But it'd be nice if he'd make a correction once the anti-gay stuff goes back up. And Warren also put out that video with more anti-gay statements yesterday.

I don't know why Malloy puts so much weight in Melissa's opinion. Why not Rachel Maddow, a Rhodes Scholar schooled in politics, and all the gay rights groups who condemn the Warren pick? Melissa's just an egotistical celebrity who thinks being famous as a singer means she gets to speak for the gay community.
