round in a circle and you're back where you started from.

You see, everything's emotive with you. I was simply pointing out elementary truths about your misrepresentations, and you take them as proof of personal animus on my part. I don't even want to talk to you. I resent the supercilious, scoffing tone of your nay-saying, but not enough to want to keep on accusing you of stuff for the sake of it. I only accuse you of what you say.

It's like when the Freeway Blogger wound up old Savage. Savage cursed him roundly and then said "You don't even know me!" To which the Freeway Blogger replied, "No, but I know what you say in your broadcasts." Why would the Freeway Blogger get a buzz out of making up accusations, when he was only responding to Savage's pathetic spiel? Well, he did get a buzz out of that, but you couldn't fail to.

Why would I want to argue with you when I don't respect your reasoning? You're also perfectly at liberty to disdain picking my brain. It's futile arguing with someone if your very assumptions are at odds with the other person's. I have a picture of you as an inveterate naysayer, who is even looking forward to nay-saying at some future date, when every Democrat will be full of hope. If it happens that Obama's administration disappoints, we'll be reluctant to acknowledge it to ourselves - and you're getting excited about it, and wanting to start a nay-sayers debating club!
