of Madsion...but the nation was young...at this point, one would think we've moved further ahead from all of the lessons of the past. Thank God we had a USSC/Congress that blew that right out of the water.

We live in a nation where basic Civics classes have been cut to point where people don't even realize we live in a Democratic Republic, and those we elect are responsible to WE THE PEOPLE. We are the victims of our own ignorance, the only "blame" can be found in a frightened American public that refuses to take the reigns of power away from those who would abuse us.
