Help me find the current text of the bailout bill! :(

I was watching CSPAN about an hour ago. I heard Speaker Pelosi and Senators Dodd and Reid give a press conference about the current state of the bailout bill. They said House Democrats had added some things to the bill to make it not quite so bad.

I wanted to find the text of the bill, which they claimed was posted on the Internet just then, because I'm sometimes bad at catching things the first time around. CSPAN had a ticker at the bottom saying the name of the bill, but my hit-and-miss dial-up was SOOOOO SLOOOW in opening the website for the House, and by the time it finally opened, I had forgotten the name. I aimlessly did Google searches and learned the official short title of the bill, and I ended up with results such as this article. But of course, this oh-so-helpful article DOESN'T LINK TO THE BILL. And several searches of bill texts on Thomas on House.gov give me absolutely zero results, even when I use the official short title of the bill as a search phrase. I'm hitting billions of dead ends, and I'm getting VERY frustrated!

Long story short: Can anyone please hook me up with a link to the current version of this bill, the one very recently posted on the Internet by Congress? I'm desperate!
