18. She's "Unmodulated"
Greetings my Ozzie friend...

I worked with voices and she exhibits some real bad habits...mostly relegated to sportscasters. They can't adjust the volume or tone well...a very strident cadence...better used for yelling over loud crowds than in dealing with a one-on-one. That's why she "killed" at the convention, but was awful on this interview. A boss I had used to call this delivery "em-fasize-zing the wrong syl-lie-bal". She's also very those talking points down solid...and when she's knocked off balance, her instinct is to run for the talking point...attempt to turn or dominate the conversation. I'm sure it works great on a kid on the local Anchorage station, but it doesn't play well on the national stage.
