They are huge and very very expensive. Basically forces the liquid out under huge pressure.

When this guy is telling you, Ivins didnt have the means to dry the liquid anthrax he means IVINS DIDNT HAVE THE MEANS TO DRY THE ANTHRAX.

Besides that dont they also need to put some kind of special coating on it so it can fly? I remember some Expert talking about it on 1 of the News channels. Some thing about it has to be screened to be the right size and then coated so it can become airborne
