There is no way you, or anybody can really heal from crap like that without the help of a trained professional. I was kidnapped and raped years ago. I didn't get therapy then, but I did later on, and it helped me immensely. I never even think about it anymore, except at times like now, when I see somebody else in that kind of pain.
