90. Nope. We are a high-cost, low-wage environment.
With so many jobs in the notoriously low-paying hospitality industry, many have to work two jobs to get by. Many others end up moving to Vegas or someplace else on the mainland. I pay $850 to rent a small studio that was built in the '60s as a vacation rental, and that's about the best deal in town unless you want to live in a drug area or something.

I consider myself significantly underemployed as a Yale grad making in the mid- to upper $30s, but out here, that's actually not bad.
