Where, after the fires, that city counsel was recalled anyway (by paper ballot), and a new anti-Blackwater board is now in place. Portreo is a pretty conservative place; very quiet, laid back, with tough, back country folk living there.

I wouldn't put anything past the Neo-Cons in the frantic efforts to hang onto power. Fires, mysterious deaths (Pat Tillman), memory loss, lost documents). Desperate people without consciences are capable of horrific things.
