178. She was sentenced around September 21, 2001
She got one year prison and three years probation, so she has been out a while. Republicans claim she was a Democrat. I doubt it.

Juanita Yvette Lozano, 31, a former low-level aide to Bush's media adviser, Mark McKinnon, was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty in June to charges of perjury and mail fraud.

. . .

In addition to the prison term and fine, U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks also gave Lozano a three-year probation period the maximum penalty under law. The probationary phase will begin after Lozano's one-year prison term.
