that we have some people in the military who will just say no. I believe the orders may be given, but without a huge sell-job they cannot convince the chain of command that they are legal orders. Despite the fact that they DID follow orders to invade a country that had not attacked us, I can accept that they were sold a bill of goods. They know that now, and I cannot believe there won't be an Elliot Richardson among them who will just say hell, no! and publicize it.
