marine on rig tender barges for inlet oil rigs. they said a couple of our deep water rigs are losing their variances here because no one wants the stain of being the one who gave them if they pop. the anna and a couple of others are in trouble of being shut down I think. Good news for the world that alaska, the oil babylon of america is using its head.
