Who would be culpable for damages if Chrysler stepped up and said, hey, we can fix your Toyota acceleratin issue better than Toyota... and they "fixed" it, but made it worse. Who is responsible for the worsening issue? Toyota, or Chrysler? Who should be made to pay?

If Obama steps up and says, STFU, I've got this... he has it... he has all of it... he owns it... financially and physcially.

I'd like to see the lease language... I would imagine that BP is solely responsible. All bets are off if that's broken.

The big DU problem is that we're all arguing about this, blaming, etc., but we don't know the half of it... I'll just betcha.
