What a surprise!
The flooding from Hurricane Katrina was due to the failure of the Corps of Engineers to properly build and maintain the levees in New Orleans. That the Corps is not properly overseeing installation of new pumps is just business as usual. That NOLA will again be under the gun because of yet another Corps failure when hurricane season begins soon is just more business as usual. What is good for BU$HCO is good for America, RIGHT?
