he tries to say that we "all supported the actions" (war vote) based on the same information.

Er - No - you made your decision long before any NIE was written (eg based on no official intel document) - and the NIE that was given to Congress before the vote - was stripped an altered between the time it was written and your administation - and the time it was delivered to Congress.
