which is why we need them to butt out of medicine, entirely. As long as those companies make their money from denying coverage, denying claims, and denying care, we will have a health system that is worse than the third world if only because we are tantalized with the possibility of the best care in the world.

The truth is that we shouldn't be talking about COSTS the way the front runner Democratic candidates do--we need to talk about CARE and how it is to be delivered to all of us.

Anything else is cruel and short sighted and ultimately anti American.
