79. There's a very simple explanation - there was not requirement to register when he turned 18
For quite a few years after the Vietnam War ended ALL aspects of the draft were done away with, including the requirement to even register. As I recall that started in 1975, and I believe the President would have turned 18 in 1979 so he never would have been required to register (just as I wasn't).

Now as for Donald Trump - he turned 18 in 1964 when the draft was going strong. I'd love to see documentation of how he avoided service.

AND - after seeing Oily Taitz on Lawrence last night, well, I'm positive that she's really Robin Williams in drag.
