17. I agree Kucinich is the real deal
He's my kind of democrat. Problem is, he too much like my kind of Democrat. He's before his time. We've got to get an electable Democrat in office. He's only before his time because BushCo has pushed the timetable back by 8 years. The pukes have screwed progress so badly that we have to get the most electable Dem in office whatever it takes and hold onto the power. If that means taking big money contributions and pandering to the lobbyists, it's what we have to do, in the short term. We can work on these issues after all the fires are put out. BushCo has done so much damage on so many fronts that we just can't afford to put our muscle behind someone that so very much reminds me of Ralph Nader (I love him, but dammit Ralph stop messing us up!). The Idiots (R) would smear Kucinich in the eyes of the undereducated voters. They would paint him as a left-wing commie intent on legalizing same-sex cadaver marriages and getting the US to join the EU. We need those undereduacted people to vote on our side. The only way to do that is to go centrist this election cycle and move left as things improve. Sorry Kucinich, and your supporters, I'm just trying to think of the greater good.
