deciding whether an entity like Monsanto can patent life, can ignore the restrictions of Sherman Anti trust, and in the end become the only game in town when it comes to seed and food.

Activists like myself have been hoping that perhaps the inane suggestion that bio foods are similar enough to conventionally grown crops to not warrant studies will be sorted out by the Supreme Court, and that the SCOTUS will rule against the bio tech industry. But now we have concerns as we look to Ms Kagan's record and see that she is yet another one of Obama's appointees that is in Monsanto's pocket. (Doesn't Michelle ever talk to her darling about the dangers of GM crops? Or was the WH organic garden just a PR stunt?)
