(It gets pretty deep down here at times.)

A few points critiquing the article. (There are so many & time is limited.)

If the immigrants are allowed to have drivers' licenses, they will need to pass driving tests & buy insurance.

The guy is named "Bresnahan." What did he do on St Patrick's Day. (Besides drink too much green beer & toss his cookies on someone's shoes?)
