The Edo franchise is something like 10-20 stores in all of Turkey. It's a small, but nationally-recognized franchise, a bit like In-and-Out Burgers, given the size.

If you don't believe me about the address, check out Edo's website. And then goto the K.Maras portal's photogallery and look for pictures of the Trabzon Caddesi (I'd direct link, but the site prohibits me from doing so).

The Trabzon is the major strip in the city. It's the main street. They have military parades, political rallies, and car shows down it. There's also a lot of hotels built on around it. It would make sense to have a storefront in a busy area of the city like that. Also, Kahramanmaras is well-known for the type of ice cream Edo sells.
