Donna Fryman said in police interviews the shooting began with an argument in the early hours of Jan. 12, 2004, after Dan Fryman pointed a cocked gun at her in bed and bit her cheek. When Dan Fryman discovered Donna Fryman had retrieved her revolver from her nightstand drawer, he took the gun away from her. She told police she took it from him when he picked up the phone to speak with Donna Fryman's sister, Gail Zehnder, who offered to calm him down from the argument.
Investigators found no fingerprints or smudges on either weapon, including the 9mm Donna Fryman claimed Dan Fryman pulled on her.
“They were wiped off to conceal the fact that only her prints were on the gun,” Moore said, adding there was no evidence that Dan Fryman held a gun that night.
“Donna shot Dan three times in a tight pattern with a revolver and never missed,” he said. “In her words, she closed her eyes and pulled the trigger. Pretty good shooting for someone who told
she had never shot a gun before. Also good shooting for a terrified person.”
Donna Fryman maintains the argument began when Dan Fryman demanded she call Zehnder to obtain $2,000 he said he loaned her or he would kill her, her husband, Matt, and their children. She left messages at the Zehnder's home, but Gail Zehnder testified Monday she didn't answer the phone because she and her husband, Matt, were accustomed to ignoring late night phone calls from a demon-possessed Dan Fryman.

She has audio tapes of him dying and other things as well. The whole situation is F***ed up. I don't think too many people will be missing him though.
