63. WIC is good when it's used properly..

Most moms use it well..I wish there was more attention spent to convincing them to breastfeed though..but that's just me :)

I did have an issue once with a young woman who tried to buy Honey-Nut Cheerios instead of the plain Cheerios.. She got irate when I sent the box boy to get the regular cheerios.. She said... "I don't WANT those..my boyfriend doesn't like them".. .. I politely reminded her that the WIC vouchers were for the children, not the boyfriend, and she could pay separately for HIS cereal.. She got a bit huffy, but did pay for them separately.. She never came back through my line though :)
I guess she though the others would let her slip it past them.. I didn't really mind, since the WIC vouchers really slowed down the line :)..
