15. WLIB format is now African, Caribbean, African-American newstalk & music
This looks real to me. The station has changed the format back to what is was before AAR. Station's statement:

"WLIB 1190AM is the soul of New York's Black Community. It is the collective mind and experience of a people. It is the spirit and hope of the race. WLIB is the very heart of African American, Caribbean and African Culture, representing millions of residents in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut metropolitan areas.

WLIB's format is News, Talk & Information, Sports and Music from a African American and Caribbean perspective. Our goal for the listeners are to enlighten, inform and inspire. Our goal for the advertiser is to increase profits, build consumer confidence and promote good will. "
