4. Underground electrical fire
Fox-2 has since learned that there was in fact, an underground fire near the corner of Lafayette and Beaubian, and that it was caused by some kind of problem with electrical wiring. The wiring may be linked to a nearby traffic light, which is now out of order.

Fox 2 is working on getting more details. We do know that at this time, there are no injuries to report.


And people are being allowed back in the building.
