The Constitution, the Bill of Rights or American Legal Tradition has no reference to God, any God.

Our foreign affairs are also set on SECULAR PRINCIPLES and the SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.

You have the First Amendment, not dictated by God, but coming out of the pen of PEOPLE, mere mortals, who were cognizant of what happened in Europe during the 100 years war.

What is more, the Treaty of Tripoli made it plain that THIS IS A SECULAR NATION.

Perhaps you'd like to do some readying on US History and stop repeating propaganda by folds who KNOW nothing of US History but love your ignorance.

Now you want to celebrate Christmas, NOBODY and I MEAN NOBODY is stoping you from celebrating Christmas. But this so-called war on christmas is a false issue, by the way how is the real war in Iraq and Afghanistan going?
