Spend a day or two. Visit the Aquarium or the IMAX theatre. Take a trolley ride down St Charles Avenue. Go to the World War II Museum (formally the D-Day Museum), it is awesome. Take in a show at the House of Blues. Cafe aulait and Beignets at Midnight on Decatur. If you are Catholic, take in Mass at St Louis Cathedral. Dine fancy at Brennan's or munch on a Lucky Dog and down it with a draft beer on Bourbon. Buy tacky t-shirts for all those back home. Visit Marie Lavou's grave(s) (preferably in large crowds.) And there's so much more.

If you visit you will be providing much needed support for the local tax base and have a good time doing it. Many Local businesses which depend on the tourist trade are barely hanging on. Thanks.
