5. I'll take a shot at it ..... A Few Basic Questions
1- What are the charges that will likely result in indictments?

2- Who is likely to be indicted, and in what order?

3- Will the announcement of the indictments occur BEFORE the midterm election date Nov 7?

4- What kind of $$$ is involved in the Halliburton corruption scandal? Millions? Billions?

5- Why will Cheney likely not serve out his full term?

6- Has this been simmering below the surface until Democrats could obtain a majority in the House so that the Congressional Subpoena could be used, and investigative hearings convened?

7- Does the Halliburton scandal intersect with the Libby/Plame investigation by Fitzgerald?

8- Does the Halliburton scandal intersect with the Enron implosion that defrauded its pensioners, employees and shareholders?

9- Does the Halliburton scandal intersect with the State Street Bank scandal acting as a 'special fiduciary' in the Enron coverup?

10- Who at Halliburton is likely to be charged with engaging in a conspiracy to defraud the US Government?
******************************

I know this covers very broad topics which you have previously addressed in part by links to other sites with information. However, I think DUers would appreciate a simple yes or no answer where possible, and a short answer if the question asks you to list people or events.

The old basic of detailing Who, What, When, Where and Why works well on basic questions where you do not believe you can fully answer a question without multiple paragraphs and links.

Thanks. Just trying to help. (Old journalism habits tend to recur - sorry!).
