MoveOn.Org is liberal, I think it's fine to call it that. You certainly have a valid point about the tendency for many people to react to the word "liberal." But because it was used correctly, and because it might open people's eyes, I think it's okay she described it in the way she did. It's accurate -- where calling Focus on the Family "neoconservative" is not accurate. Calling it "Christian fundamentalist" would be accurate, as would "social conservative." But it in no way is "neoconservative," and calling it such would either be a simple error, or an attempt to stick an emotional reaction to it.
